Lift available Guests can use the entire space . The apartment is fully dedicated to them and checkin through smart lock with password 🏡 House Rules – Please Read Carefully Dear Guest, We’re delighted to host you and want to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all. Kindly take a moment to go through the following house rules: 1. 🛏️ Room Check on Arrival Please check your room upon arrival and reach out to the host immediately in case you face any issues. This helps us address concerns quickly and ensure your comfort from the start. 2. 🚭 No Smoking and drinking Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited.If found, a Rs2000/-fine will be charged to cover deep cleaning and deodorizing costs. 3. 🧹 Daily Cleaning Schedule Housekeeping will take place between 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM @200/-per day ( if desired by guest during their stay)If you’d prefer cleaning to be done in your absence, kindly inform host verbally in advance. 4. 🕗 Caretaker Availability Our caretaker is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM to assist you. We kindly request that you avoid contacting them outside these hours unless it is an emergency. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. 5. 🤫 Quiet Hours: 10.00PM – 7:00 AM To ensure comfort for all guests and neighbors, please avoid loud music, gatherings, or noise during this time. 6. 🚫 Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Illegal Activity Any form of discrimination or misconduct towards hosts/ neighbour will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Likewise, any illegal activities within the property will lead to termination of stay and may be reported to authorities. Events or parties are not allowed in normal bookings . If any event or party is to be arrange then the guests will inform before hand .decorations on wall is strictly prohibited , if found Rs 5000/- or more will be charged for painting cost . 7.Checkout rules Checkout timings 10 am or before After 10am , Rs 500/- per hour will be charged according to checkout time . Please switch off all AC, lights , fans , geysers etc before leaving. Please collect all used towels at one place Please keep all garbage in garbage bag and keep it outside the house ( at night if possible)as housekeeping staff collect the garbage at 9 am in the morning Pls rinse utensils before checkout . Follow all society rules Pls Keep the flat clean and tidy. Consumables/ Food items are not available. All utensils and appliances are available in kitchen . Car parking facility inside the society premises . Entry at the main gate of all guests is must. Guest need to mention that they are guests in Nihals home .Once the entry will be approved online only then guests will be allowed to enter in society . All guests are required to provide their government I’d before checkin failing which reservation would be cancelled . Unmarried couples are not allowed No visitors /extra guests ( other than the one who did booking)are allowed in the property during the stay of guests.If any visitor or extra guest will be found in the property then extra charge of Rs 800/- per person needs to be paid by the booker and the booking may be cancelled by the host without any refund to the booker
