How booking works
You pick the dates.
They are yours.
A person chose every home on Iraava, so booking one can be simple: pay once, and the stay is confirmed on the spot. A human who knows the home, the host and the road in is a message away.

Pick your nights
Sign in or make an account, choose your dates, and tell us who is coming. The account is where your trips live, and what lets you move your dates later.

We hold the dates. You pay once.
Your nights are held for 20 minutes while you check out, so nobody else can take them. Pay through Razorpay — UPI, card, netbanking or wallet — and the stay is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.

Confirmed. Arrive expected.
Your confirmation email is your receipt, GST on its own line. Move your dates from My Trips any time up to check-in day; to cancel, message us and we refund you to the way you paid.
Stays run up to 60 nights. Prices are per night, in rupees, and GST is the only thing added — 5% for rooms up to ₹7,500 a night, 18% above, shown before you pay. Search live dates

Most platforms flatten a stay into a price and a star rating. We award no stars of our own — the only ratings here come from guests who stayed. Every home here was found one at a time, visited, photographed and felt before it joined us — curated for soul, not square footage.

Nobody self-lists on Iraava. We go, we stay, we shoot it, and if it is not a place we would send our own families to, it does not appear.

If you run a home with a story — a homestay, a farm stay, a villa, an eco-lodge, three keys or thirty — we would like to see it. We visit, we film it, we write it, and we send you travelers who came for the place, not the discount.
We charge nothing to feature, photograph or onboard your property. We earn only when you do.
Keep your other listings, your direct bookings, your calendar. Leave whenever you like and keep every frame we shot.
Send us the place, the location, the vibe — photos or a voice note are fine. Someone reads every application.

The high, open tableland.
Stone farmhouses on the Sahyadri tablelands, coffee cottages on the Deccan edge. Strawberry fields, silver-oak shade, the smell of drying beans — and monsoon rolling across the grassland while you watch it come.

The Thar, after dark.
