There is no instant checkout here, and that is the point. Every stay on Iraava is confirmed by a human who knows the home, the host and the road in.

Sign in or make an account, pick your nights, and tell us who is coming. The account is what lets you reschedule or cancel later. No card, no charge, nothing taken at the moment you ask.

We hold the dates. A human confirms.
Your nights are locked in our calendar the second you request them, so nobody else can take them. A real person checks with the host and replies within 24 hours.

Pay offline. Arrive expected.
Once your stay is confirmed we share payment details directly — no checkout, no surprise line items. Reschedule or cancel from My Trips any time up to check-in day.

We charge nothing to feature, photograph or onboard your property. We earn only when you do.
Keep your other listings, your direct bookings, your calendar. Leave whenever you like and keep every frame we shot.
Send us the place, the location, the vibe — photos or a voice note are fine. Someone reads every application.

The high, open tableland.
Stone farmhouses on the Sahyadri tablelands, coffee cottages on the Deccan edge. Strawberry fields, silver-oak shade, the smell of drying beans — and monsoon rolling across the grassland while you watch it come.

The Thar, after dark.
A canvas suite deep in the desert — hand-block textiles, a copper bath, a deck facing the sunset dunes. Folk music over dinner, then a bed built for the coldest, clearest nights in India.
