Host agreement
This page describes the terms on which Iraava Travel Co. (“Iraava”) lists and represents a property. The specific commercial terms for your property — including the commission — are agreed with you in writing before your listing goes live; this page is the standing frame around that agreement.
Curation comes first
- Iraava is a curated portfolio, not an open marketplace. A listing you file is reviewed by our team and goes live only after we accept it.
- We visit, photograph or verify homes before listing them, and we may decline or delist a property that no longer meets the standard guests expect from us.
Commercials
- Commission-only. Iraava earns a commission on stays we bring you. There is no listing fee and no upfront cost.
- No exclusivity, no lock-in. You may list elsewhere, and either side can end the arrangement. Confirmed stays already on the calendar are honoured.
- Guests pay nothing on the platform; payment for a confirmed stay is settled directly, as agreed for your property.
How bookings reach you
- Travellers send requests; the requested dates are held immediately so they cannot be double-requested.
- A person from Iraava confirms each stay with you before it is confirmed to the guest — you are never auto-booked.
- For confirmed stays you receive the guest’s name, party size and contact details, to be used only for hosting that stay.
What we ask of hosts
- Keep your listing truthful — capacity, amenities, price and availability. We publish no invented ratings and expect the same honesty in return.
- Honour confirmed stays at the confirmed price.
- Tell us promptly when something changes — renovations, closures, anything a guest would want to have known before arriving.
